Personal Training and Health Coaching
Before the world of training and coaching, Christian held a 12 year career in tech sales. He grew up in Annapolis, MD, received a business degree from Susquehanna University in PA, and succeeded in sales at high profile companies, such as NetSuite and Sprint Data. Christian's motivation to switch careers in 2009 was due to his yearning to be face to face with clients, while providing a positive impact in their personal lives.
On a much larger scale, he has attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011 and became a Certified Health Coach. This well-rounded program covers a vast amount of nutritional studies and lifestyle challenges. Christian enjoys discovering the problems in his client's situation, and then solving them together. His success as a trainer is attributed to his strong listening skills, motivational tactics and likability. In addition, his clients have experienced excellent results through a combination of strength, circuit, and functional training.

In his personal time, the sports Christian plays are basketball, flag football, tennis, and golf. He also loves to fly down the mountains of Tahoe on his snowboard!
Aside from exercise, he loves wine tasting and singing music! Being a total foodie, he enjoyed frequent day trips to Napa, returning home to cook his favorite foods. In Nashville, he can found trying new restaurants in Germantown and 12South. As for music, he was part of a San Francisco mens choir; the best form of stress reduction for Christian is belting out songs no matter where he is.
Christian's a firm believer in the 80/20 rule! Work hard, but enjoy the ride.
